The child's death was certified in writing by Charles Lamb, Undertaker, Kookynie. Charles Lamb conducted the burial. Witnesses were J. Neve and Louis Landauer.
The child's parents were married at Kalgoorlie in 1898; Marriage Reg.No.305/1898. Their other children were: Alan Laurence born 1899 at Niagara (Birth Reg.No.1189/ 1899); and Harley Francis born Kookynie 1903 (Birth Reg.No.1843/1903).
