It was the verdict of the coroner's jury, held on 25 August 1899 at Niagara, that the deceased died in an accident when he fell of his waggon and one of the wheels passed over his head. Death was instantaneous. The informant of the death was Edward K Eaton, Stable Proprietor, Niagara.
