Biography

The child's parents were married in Kookynie in 1902 (Marriage Registration 559/1902). Their other children were Francis William born 1 June 1904, Kookynie; Elizabeth Irene born 1905, Kookynie; John Henry born 1907, died 1907; Kookynie; William Henry born 1909 died 1910; William born 1912, died 1913; Alfred Wilmott born 12 November 1915, Richmond, Victoria. died 1915 in Victoria. Elizabeth Veronica Jones died in 1925 in Victoria. Her husband died in Richmond, Victoria, in 1944, aged 76 years. John Henry's story also appears in this website. He and Emily Veronica are buried together in Plot number 4 of the Roman Catholic portion of the Kookynie Cemetery.
